We ship our WHOLE BEAN COFFEE in three sizes: 1/2 pound (lb), 12 oz (typically prepackaged size sold at your local food store) and 1 pound (lb). Multiple clicks on the “Add to cart” button will result in multiple bags ordered. Verify the quantity in your cart before submitting your order at checkout.

Please make sure you select the appropriate “Shipping & Handling” Fee from the drop down menu in Google checkout before you complete your order in Google Checkout. Failure to select the correct Shipping & Handling Fee could result in a delay in processing your order.

If you prefer to place your whole bean coffee order via email, phone, text or fax refer to our CONTACT page. For wholesale pricing and local C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) orders, please contact us directly to place an order, 360.607.7327. We also accept electronic payments (echecks) via email invoicing and all major credit cards via Square.

Cold Creek Coffee provides FREE local delivery within the Vancouver area to the following zip codes: 98604, 98606, 98629, 98642, 98660, 98661, 98662, 98663, 98664, 98665, 98674, 98682, 98683, 98684, 98685, 98686

For non-local customers, we currently ship our fresh roasted whole bean coffee to customers within the continental U.S.A. and to APO/FPO addresses. Shipping charges will be applied at check out. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the APO/FPO will accept coffee beans before placing an order to be shipped to a APO/FPO.

Local Shipping Rates (w/in approx. 102 miles of La Center, WA):

0 – 12 oz.: $4.95 Flat Rate Priority Mail
12.01 oz. – 4 lb: $4.97 Local Priority Mail
4.1 lb – 10 lb: $5.81 Local Priority Mail

Shipping Rates (All Other Shipping Zones):

0 – 12 oz.: $4.95 Flat Rate Priority Mail
12.01 oz. – 4 lb: $9.37 Other Zone Priority Mail
4.1 lb – 10 lb: $14.50 Other Zone Flat Rate Priority Mail

Call, email or fax us to place an order for more than 10 pounds of coffee: 360.607.7327 phone, 360.989.2555 fax.

You may select “Customer Will Pick Up” to avoid any shipping charges and we’ll contact you via telephone when your beans are ready for pick up in La Center, WA (remember to include a good contact phone number when you place your order so we can contact you).

Note that, at this time, we have no plans for international or overseas sales.

Our store uses Google Checkout which enables you to shop securely with confidence.

NSF Policy: We charge a $20 fee for each bank returned check/item (non-sufficient funds – NSF).
