Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations:

We expect you to be completely satisfied with our fresh roasted coffee; however, from time to time we do understand that not everyone may love our coffee as much as we do.

You will have the ability to cancel an order within a few minutes of completing an order in Google Checkout provided you open your order confirmation email right after check out.

Order returns and exchanges will be considered within the first two weeks of receiving our coffee. If you are not completely satisfied with our coffee, please contact us directly at 360.607.7327 or 360.607.7329 or email us at Shop@ColdCreekCoffee.com to discuss a return or exchange of our coffee.

Shipping:

We will not charge your credit card for your purchase until we ship your order. If there is a discrepancy in a pending order, we will make every effort to reach the customer to resolve the issue before processing. Cold Creek Coffee Company reserves the right to reject questionable orders at our discretion.

Currently we offer Customer Will Pick Up, Free Deliver to the local Vancouver, WA area, and we ship to customers located within the continental U.S.A. **Please select the appropriate shipping charges from the drop down box located in Google Checkout prior to placing your order.**

Please note that, at this time, we have no plans for international or overseas sales.

NSF Policy:

We charge a $20 fee for each bank returned check/item (non-sufficient funds – NSF).
